We’ll meet at Tongva Park for a quick talk about how we train and then walk over to 1450 Ocean Blvd for a timed “Trial Mile.” \nDuring the Trial Mile you’ll run or walk at a comfortable pace\, and we’ll let you know which pace group is right for you. Then you’ll be ready to go for our first group run of the season on Opening Day\, August 5. \nReady to join us? Make sure you’ve signed up for membership here on the website and meet us at 7:00 am\, Saturday\, July 29th\, in the amphitheater of Tongva Park at 1615 Ocean Avenue\, Santa Monica. \nThe amphitheater is easy to find — it’s right in the center of the park.
